Lawn Starr Mowing LLC
Fort Wayne, Indiana family owned and operated business. Many years ago, Starr, her husband Daniel, father and sister all worked together at another local landscape company.
After earning her Bachelor’s degree, Starr left that company to pursue a career in social work. Everyone else moved on at different points to pursue other work.
Her dad continued to mow on the side until he purchased A1 Sewer and Sanitary Service in 2020. At that time Starr decided to purchase her dad’s mowing equipment and go into business for herself, creating and growing Lawn Starr Mowing LLC, with the help of her hardworking sister.
Starr and Daniel ended up dating, having a baby in May 2022 and getting married in March 2023, which is how he’s come to be lead foreman at Lawn Starr Mowing.
Starr remains focused on her social work career as well as getting licensed to provide lawn treatment applications.
